Went here to get new dentures. I paid about $900 cash out of pocket above what my insurance company covered. At the wax try on I expressed my concern that I was not happy with the lower plate. The teeth were to high and showed too much above my bottom lip. Nothing was done to correct this. My final product was the same. When I complained about it I was told that as we get "older" we get a little "long in the tooth" I should get used to them. Now I have a set of dentures I never wear the bottoms to. They make me look like a rodent or something. I am embarrassed to be seen with them. Considering I was a paying customer with cash in hand I guess I expected much better quality service and product. I can't even chew with these monstrosities in my mouth!
