Very unorganized company, would not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional, it took 3 months for a kitchen to be started, and the electrician wasn't even available during the time frame when they did start kitchen, the electrician started then wanted to finish on his time, I had to complain about that, was told they would get rid of appliances that wasn't 100 percent true, they put new cabinets up without painting the walls and it was in the contract to paint. Had to go to lowes myself and purchase the paint, and was asked then if I was painting the kitchen myself. They ended up painting around the new cabinets, at the 1st time we meet with KF it was told what was wanted in the kitchen. I wanted backsplash, KF said the lip on the counter is what he thought I was talking about, I said no because we had to go to lowes and pick out flooring and cabinets and countertops and paint and backsplash. None of this was presented to us. All the numbers for everything was on the paper that the lady(Diana) had at lowes. Basically I could go on and on of this horrible company, I just want everyone to know about this before they spend over 20,000.00 on a terrible job for a kitchen this company did.
