Honest, fair, excellent service. Been with them for years and would never go anywhere else. Tim takes care of your car like he would his own. Extremely knowledgeable and best of all, fixes what needs to be fixed and will honest to goodness tell you if something can wait. And for the extra few dollars you would pay them to do an oil change rather than do it yourself, it's worth it's weight in gold because they go through and check everything out, grease the chassis, and tell you what honestly is going on with your vehicle. You just can't find people as honest as the good folks over at Billings anymore. Do yourself a favor and schedule a service or if you want a newer car, talk to sales and they'll be just as honest with you as the service. Go in there and tell them what your budget is and they will work with you and tell you exactly what they can do and why the prices are what they are which are always more than fair. There's no pressure or sales gimmicks, no fine print, just straight to the point selling cars and servicing cars. Great place, great people, 10/10 would recommend.
I can only reinforce Jacob's review above. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, and helpful are words that describe dealing with the Billings family. They take the fear out of car buying and service. My family and I have probably bought 10-12 cars at Billings over the years. When service and repair are needed, you know they'll know the problem and fix it at a fair price.
