The sales staff at this dealership, while not the largest in the region, provided exceptional customer services. I guess the thing that amazed me the most was upon day of delivery, I arrived somewhat early and was escorted to the back where the sales manager and the salesperson were both detailing the vehicle. That's what I call accountability and ownership. They took pride in the product they were delivering. They also received an excellent trade on my part.
Great and friendly service. Staff is very knowledgeable of the Vehicles and of the advanced technical systems of the vehicle. Very helpful in helping my wife and I to find the right vehicle for us. Also made sure we were familiar with operating the various features and systems of the vehicle. We give Steinle an A plus!
